Hey. We're Raz & Sarita.
We met in Arambol, Goa. Coming from different parts of the world, we realized that travel, curiosity, and the way we see things connects us. We've been moving together ever since — staying too long in places we weren't planning to, and finding things we felt connected to. Jhōlâ started from that instinct — to bring back what stayed with us.
Things that had no obvious place online. Handmade pieces from people who weren't selling to the internet — just to whoever happened to pass by that day.
We wanted to share that feeling — not just the objects, but the feeling of discovering something that seems made for you, in a place you might never go yourself.
Jhōlâ isn't a curated brand. It's more like a bag we fill as we go — and empty out for you when we get back.
How We Source
We go. We find. We bring it back.
There's no wholesaler. No supplier email. When we want new products, we travel. We walk through melas in Jaipur, stop at workshops in Kutch, sit down with people in Varanasi, Dharamsala, Arambol.
We have traveled across India — north to south, west to east — and everywhere we go, we find things that don't exist online. Local artisans, small stall holders, wanderers who make things on the side. Every item on Jhōlâ was physically in our hands before it reached yours.
We focus on hemp bags, handmade jewelry, spiritual finds, Rajasthani mirror work, Goa-style clothing, festival pieces. Things that carry feeling, not just function.
When something sells out, it's usually gone — because we only bought what we could carry.
