We want you to love what you receive. Because we personally source each item from India, our return policy is a little different from big retailers — but we're always here to make things right.
Return Policy
- Timeframe: Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Process: Contact us first at hello@thejhola.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain items, some products may not be eligible for return. This includes items marked as final sale or items that cannot be resold once used.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Because products ship from India, return shipping may take longer than usual.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
